She is the President and legal engineer of Termageddon, LLC, a SaaS that has generated thousands of Privacy Policies and kept them up to date with changing legislation. Donata is the Chair of the American Bar Association’s ePrivacy Committee and Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Committee.
