In this session we will cover how to use a change budget along with a solid change control process to set proper client expectations, minimize frivolous change requests, and always (yes, ALWAYS) come in under budget. (the magic part)

Beth is a former IT Business Analyst, Instructional Designer, and Project Manager who traded corporate life to become a full-time WordPress Solution Provider in 2016. She's a regular WordCamp speaker and founder of The WP Project Manager's Academy (wproadmaps.com), teaching students to master WordPress projects on time, within budget, and with desired features, all while maximizing profits.

While currently reworking the Academy curriculum to incorporate Artificial Intelligence time-saving techniques, Beth also manages her agency, Triad Web Advisors, leads the WordPress Project Management Facebook group, and organizes events for the Triad WordPress Meetup Group.
