How to Make Plans for Five to Make the Most of WordCamp Birmingham

5 Tips for Making the Most of WordCamp

WordCamp Birmingham 2017 put together a great schedule for business leaders, writers, and developers. The way to make the most of your conference time is to start right now.

Before the WordCamp Conference

1.  Determine to learn five new things. Review the conference schedule and think about what you want to learn and how the sessions and workshops can help you move forward in these areas.

 

2. Determine to meet five new people. Review the list of conference speakers and invest some time researching their businesses, their websites, and their online engagement. Be watching social media for people that share they will be attending the conference. Be sure to connect with WordPress Birmingham online (Facebook and Twitter). Make a list of people that you want to meet at the event and even send them a message or email letting them know you are excited to see them.

3. Determine to attend five amazing activities – whether it is a session, a table talk, or a workshop. Write out what you expect to gain from these activities (this will give you a measuring point after the conference). Also, write out any questions you have concerning the topics.

You can attend the WordCamp Birmingham 2017 conference OR you can make the conference work for you. By taking a little time now to prepare for the event you will be in a position to put it (and us) to work for you.

So many great speakers and even more amazing topics – that’s what you will find at WordCamp Birmingham 2017. Our goal was to present you a large variety of topics and information so that you could get the most from your WordCamp Birmingham experience.
